First Workshop on the Implementation of the Grant contracts

Workshop was organized on 29 and 30 June 2017 at CFCU. This was the first workshop of the project, where Technical Assistance was introduced to Grant Beneficiaries, on the core principles of the implementation of the grant contracts. The purpose of the workshop was to present the role of the Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, to introduce the Technical Assistance, its role and support to be provided to grant beneficiaries, as well as to provide an overview of the rules and procedures related with implementation of the Grant Scheme.

Due to the large size of the group of 30 grant contracts awarded, the workshop was organised twice for two groups, each composing of approximately 30 participants. Each grant contract was mainly represented by two participants, mainly Programme and Finance Managers. Therefore, the first workshop event was held on 29 June 2017 and second on 30 June 2017. In total, 65 participants were present at the workshop

Workshop was organised with great assistance of the Beneficiary Institution and Contracting Authority. The CFCU provided premises for the workshop. Representatives of both institutions have actively been involved in its implementation. Also, the relevant power point presentation has been prepared and workshop handouts.
